The fastening system attaches directly to the steel pan or trapezoidal corrugated sheet. Precision-engineered down to the smallest detail, it guarantees optimum safety and design flexibility, as well as simple, fast and cost-effective installation.
The system allows photovoltaic modules to be mounted vertically or horizontally, using suitable fasteners. It is compatible with all module frame heights on steel or corrugated metal roofs, with only a few types of fasteners available in raw aluminum or black finish. These are installed on short, practical rails, fully pre-assembled and easy to handle. The pre-cut profiles incorporate a fixed support and high-quality EPDM sealing strips, facilitating on-site installation.
The rails are mounted from above, using screws approved for thin sheet metal. These screws are screwed directly into the steel pan without producing metal shavings, thus avoiding any risk of corrosion. They have the same head as the module fastener screws, enabling a single tool to be used for the entire installation.
