The 600A Busbar Distribution Box is the essential centralised connection solution for high-power solar installations. 1. Why choose a busbar over a conventional series/parallel connection? +
The traditional ‘cascade’ connection causes voltage drops: the first batteries in the bank work harder than the last ones, which reduces their lifespan. The busbar cabinet centralises the connection on tinned copper bars, providing identical resistance to each battery. Your units operate synchronously, thereby optimising the bank’s longevity.
2. Which batteries are compatible with this distribution box? +
This box has been specifically developed for Pylontech’s 48V ecosystem. It is fully compatible with the US2000C, US3000C and US5000 models. Its dimensions and mounting holes are optimised for the standard cable terminals and cable sizes supplied in Pylontech kits.
3. How do I choose the right model (Compact, Standard, PRO MAX...)? +
