An amount of 124.27 excluding VAT must be added for each battery purchased, as a direct contribution to Bebat, the organisation responsible for the management of batteries and accumulators in Belgium. This measure is in accordance with current Belgian environmental legislation.

Important: When purchasing a lithium battery, please add the corresponding product "Bebat Leapton EL-A05 Environmental Levy" according to the number of batteries you are ordering. Otherwise, we will recalculate and invoice the amount after the purchase.

4. Attention: Is my inverter compatible with the heating function? +
Point of vigilance: The preheating function requires specific communication. It is natively activatable with the Deye range. For other brands (WKS, Victron, etc.), please check with our experts if your model can control this thermal option in extreme cold.
5. What does the "1C rate" support mean for this battery? +
A 1C rate means the battery can handle a charge and discharge current of 100A, or 5.12 kW. It can therefore deliver its full power instantaneously to meet the power demands of your most energy-hungry appliances, where other batteries are limited to 0.5C.
6. Can I install the Leapton EL-A05 outdoors? +
Yes. Thanks to its IP65 certification, it is fully protected against dust and water splashes. Combined with its heating function, it can be safely installed outdoors, in humid garages, or in technical shelters without fear of weather conditions.
