Motorization

The generator

• The alternator is 100% copper to allow quality electricity production in a sustainable way
• The group is equipped with an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) system with a variation margin of 1.5% (most of our competitors offer groups with 5% AVR)
• The AVR makes it possible to deliver a quantity and quality of electricity perfectly adapted to the needs of the devices you will connect to it, even sensitive

The control panel

• Auto connectors for connection to a photovoltaic installation
• 32A 230V socket to deliver all the power of the machine in single phase
• 32A 400V socket to deliver all the power of the machine in three-phase

• 30mA differential circuit breaker
• Allows the monitoring of several parameters: working hours, voltage, power, temperature, fuel level, frequency, oil level, etc.
• Controls engine temperature and automatically shuts it down in case of overheating
• Triggers automatic warm-up if the outside temperature is too low
• Automatically engages and disengages the circuit breaker when starting and stopping the engine

The starting system

The electric starter allows immediate and effortless start-up.

Even the preheating of the diesel engine is done automatically in case of low outside temperature.

Fuel

The large tank with a capacity of 12 liters allows to have enough autonomy to work all day.

Safety and environmental protection

The BXGND7900E generator is equipped with multiple SAFETY systems:

• SAFETY oil level: if the oil level is too low, the engine automatically switches off
  
• SAFETY surge: if the system detects too high an overload level, the circuit breaker jumps and the motor cuts off
  
• SAFETY Environment: The motor automatically adapts to energy needs by varying the operating speed and thus reducing consumption

Getting started

• Just fill up with fuel (Diesel) and conventional oil for 4-stroke engine (15W40, 1.6 liters)
• Be sure to put enough oil because the engine is equipped with safety, an oil level too low will prevent starting
• Check that the battery is properly connected, open the fuel supply and start the engine by turning the ignition key or using the remote control

Maintenance

• After 20 hours of use: change the oil + change the air filter, fuel, oil and spark plug.
• Repeat the operation every 100 hours.
